Welcome to Hannah Web Craft LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). These terms apply to all users who access this website, purchase our design services, or use our related digital products or services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Scope of Services
Hannah Web Craft LLC provides professional web design and related digital creative services. The specific scope of services, deliverables, project timelines, number of revisions, and other service requirements are defined by the respective product pages, service descriptions, or the order details confirmed by both parties.
Clients should carefully review service descriptions before making a purchase to ensure the selected services meet their needs. If you have specific design requirements, please contact us for clarification before placing an order.
- Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices for services on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges will be handled in accordance with relevant laws and the information provided at checkout. Clients may review the total order amount and any associated fees prior to completing payment.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods listed on the checkout page. By submitting an order, you authorize us—or our designated payment service provider—to process the payment for the amount specified in the order.
In the event of a payment failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, or other reasonable transaction risk, we reserve the right to suspend, review, or cancel the order, to the extent permitted by applicable law. In such cases, we will notify the client and process any necessary refunds.
- Billing and Subscription Policy
Web design services offered on this website are billed on a one-time purchase basis and do not constitute an automatically renewing subscription.
When purchasing web design services, clients are only required to pay the fees explicitly stated for that specific order. Unless otherwise stated on the order page and separately confirmed by the client, we will not charge recurring fees, nor will we automatically renew services following the completion of a purchase.
Should a client require additional services—such as further page design, feature development, content modifications, website maintenance, or any other work not included in the original order—we will provide a quote based on the specific requirements. Any additional charges will only be applied once the client has confirmed the relevant services. Should we introduce subscription services or recurring maintenance plans in the future, we will clearly state the pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal terms, and cancellation procedures on the relevant pages, and—where required by applicable law—obtain explicit authorization from the client.
- Order Confirmation and Service Delivery
Once payment is received, we will begin processing the design project in accordance with the terms of the order. The timeline for service delivery may vary based on the complexity of the project, the completeness of the materials provided by the client, and the progress of communication between both parties.
Clients are expected to provide, in a timely manner, all text, images, branding materials, website access credentials, and other information necessary for the completion of the project. If project delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide materials or confirm design proposals in a timely fashion, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
We will provide design deliverables within the scope of services specified in the order. Any work that falls outside this original scope may require an additional quote and the client’s formal approval.
- Revisions and Client Approval
The number of revisions and the scope of revisions included in our design services are determined by the terms stated on the relevant service page or as otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Upon receiving initial design drafts or interim deliverables, clients should provide specific and clear feedback in a timely manner. Requests that exceed the agreed-upon number of revisions, involve significant changes to the design direction, or require the addition of new features may incur extra costs. We will inform the client of any such additional charges and obtain the necessary approval before proceeding with the extra work.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
As web design services often involve custom creation, significant manual effort, and the delivery of digital assets, refund requests will be evaluated based on the status of the order, the amount of work already completed, our published refund policy, and applicable law.
Clients wishing to cancel an order should contact our customer service team as soon as possible. For projects that have not yet commenced, we will assess eligibility for a refund in accordance with our refund policy. For projects that are already underway or partially completed, the refund amount will be determined based on the work performed to date and applicable legal requirements.
If we are unable to provide the services purchased, we will arrange for a refund or offer another reasonable solution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms shall exclude any non-waivable rights that consumers may possess under the law.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Hannah Web Craft LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing design tools, templates, workflows, general design resources, and any other intellectual property it already possesses. Regarding the custom design deliverables purchased by the client, the rights of use, post-delivery ownership arrangements, and any related restrictions shall be governed by the order specifications or a written agreement signed by both parties. Rights to text, images, trademarks, and other materials provided by the client remain with the original rights holders.
The client must ensure that all materials provided have been duly authorized and shall not request the use of content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademark rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.
No person may reproduce, sell, disseminate, or otherwise use the protected content of this website without the prior permission of the respective rights holder.
- Client Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
The client must ensure that all submitted materials are authentic and lawful, and that they possess the necessary rights to use such materials. The client shall not use our services to create illegal content or materials that infringe upon the rights of third parties, nor engage in fraud, malicious attacks, or other activities that violate applicable laws.
If a client’s request violates applicable laws or the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, we reserve the right to refuse the request and, if necessary, suspend the relevant work.
- Limitation of Liability
We will provide web design services in accordance with reasonable professional standards; however, we do not guarantee that all design deliverables will display identically across all devices, browsers, third-party plugins, or external platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from third-party service interruptions, erroneous materials provided by the client, unauthorized system modifications, or other events beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- Third-Party Services and External Links
Our services may involve third-party website hosts, domain registrars, payment platforms, plugin providers, or other technical service providers. Such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We provide no guarantees beyond those required by applicable law regarding the availability, policy changes, or service interruptions of third-party services that are beyond our reasonable control.
- Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Should the client have any questions or disputes regarding our services, orders, or these terms, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable communication. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the relevant transaction and shall be subject to applicable consumer protection regulations. No dispute resolution arrangement shall deprive consumers of their rights under the law or contravene the mandatory provisions of applicable legislation.
- Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms due to business adjustments, changes in our services, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this website, with the corresponding effective date indicated. In cases where the law requires separate notification or consent for such changes, we will proceed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Thank you for choosing Hannah Web Craft LLC. We look forward to providing you with professional and reliable web design services.
